The software they are using is a slightly older version, but the basic elements are still the same. Search this channel's uploads for "Cadsoft EagleCAD Tutorial Lesson" to get all videos on this topic. You should still refer to http://www.ece.illinois.edu/eshop/pcbdesign/DesignReq.htm when it comes time to do the CAM processing as the Parts Shop's milling procedures are significantly different than what is available to the video maker.
