
ECE 313
PROBABILITY WITH
ENGINEERING APPLICATIONS
SPRING 2008
ECE 313 is an undergraduate course on
probability theory and statistics with applications to engineering problems
primarily chosen from the areas of communications, control, signal processing,
and computer engineering.
ECE 313 is semi-required in the (old) BSEE
and BSCompE curricula --- all students must complete one
of the three courses
ECE 313 (3
hours), IE 300 (3 hours), and Stat 400 (4 hours).
Students entering in Fall 2006 and thereafter must complete one of the two courses
ECE 313 and
Stat 410.
Credit : 3 hours
Prerequisite : ECE 210
