ECE 413

PROBABILITY WITH ENGINEERING APPLICATIONS

FALL 2006


ECE 413 is an undergraduate course on probability theory and statistics with applications to engineering problems primarily chosen from the areas of communications, control, signal processing, and computer engineering.

ECE 413 is semi-required in the BSEE and BSCompE curricula --- all students must complete one of the three courses

ECE 413 (3 hours), IE 230 (3 hours), and Stat 400 (4 hours).

Students entering in Fall 2006 and thereafter must complete one of the two courses

ECE 413 and Stat 410.

Credit : 3 hours
Graduate students in the ECE Department cannot use credit in ECE 413 towards a graduate ECE degree.

Prerequisite : ECE 210
