Remember: The Course Total Cutoffs are the only ones used to determine
grades.  All others are purely advisory. Also, see below for maximum
scale used.

In the event that a high percentage of the class does
exceptionally well, I will guarantee the grading will be no
harsher than the following scale:

A  >= 93%
A- >= 90%
B+ >= 87%
B  >= 83%
B- >= 80%
C+ >= 77%
C  >= 73%
C- >= 70%
D+ >= 67%
D  >= 63%
D- >= 60%


For several years now, the scale has been use above a C or even lower,
with the curve being used mainly in the D and below range.
