Each week, you will be working with a group of two or three of your fellow students on a small lab assignment that is similar to what you learned in lecture and/or what you will be doing on your Machine Problem (MP). Your groups for these labs will be randomly pre-assigned by the course staff and will change each week. By the end of the semester, you will have had a chance to work with everyone (or nearly everyone) in your lab section.
By the end of your lab section each week, all members of your team will need to have submitted the lab assignment for the week. At random, your TA will grade one of submissions and the entire team will receive that grade. Therefore, it is everyone's responsibility to make sure everyone on their team understands the lab assignment – the TAs and CAs are here to help you if you have any troubles!
