Welcome to CS 173, Fall 2012
The A and B lectures of this course will be operating semi-independently (though doing quite similar things). So each lecture has its own web page, plus there is a web page for folks doing the CS 196 honors add-on to this course.
CS 173 is currently full. If you are a CS major who isn't already registered, please contact Margaret Fleck (mfleck@illinois.edu) and/or Steve Herzog (CS Academic Office smherzog@illinois.edu) so we can shoehorn you into the class. Students in other majors should come to the first day of lecture and we'll see what we can do.
The fall proficiency exam will be held 1-4pm, Saturday September 1st. Conflict times are 7-10pm on Wednesday and Thursday the 29th and 30th. See the CS proficiency exams page for further details.
